Our relationship with Jesus Christ is directly reflected in how we treat those around us in everyday life. God has clear expectations for our human interactions: we are to do no harm, we must not ignore or neglect those in need, and we are commanded to actively take the initiative to do good. Living out the Golden Rule transforms daily encounters, whether it means tipping a Sunday restaurant server generously, rescuing someone out of a ditch, or simply treating neighbors with proactive compassion.
