During World War II, armies used elaborate decoys like fake wooden airfields to distract and confuse their enemies. While those historic deceptions might seem amusing, they serve as a sobering illustration of the very real spiritual war we are fighting today. The enemy actively uses the hollow distractions of this world to blind us to eternal truths. It is time to open our eyes, recognize the adversary’s tactics, and surrender our souls to the real Savior.
